Everybody knows that English has become something vital to face the life competition in this age. If somebody wants to survive in the competition so that he must be able to communicate in English. Schools/ college Admissions, job recruitments or even scholarship programs of ten put English as the requirement. Starting from those reasons FASTEST English course will be Established as An English course to meet people’s need of English proficiency.

1. Location

Location : Jalan Raya Ponorogo-Tg Galek Dkh. Gading, Ds. Campursari Sambit close to SDN Campursari 1.

Reasons :

· There aren’t any other English courses in sambit.

· Parents in sambit afraid if their students can not pass the National Examination, so they need to make their child mastery of UAN material especially English .

· Close to SDN1 Campursari, it will interact the students to join in this course.

· The rent cost of building is verry cheap. It ranges from Rp. 750.0000 to 1.500.000 per year.

2. Tutors and staffs

I just need two fresh graduate or even university students (may they still study on the university. It’s also possible to join in my course) as tutors. They are fully as tutors. I belive that experience is important, but here the tutor is not must has experience because if he/she has many experience, i must pay profesional with the higher payment. So, here is the place to make tutor get more experience.

To make my tutors better, i give them tips and trick to teach the students. Beside that, i will ask one of them as the manager of tutor to manage the meeting that evaluate the course.

I also need one staff to keep my English Course. Why? Because i still have many activities. But, here i am an owner. I manage my staff and tutors. My staff duty is manage students that join and makeing schedule for tutor. I think it will be easy and it will be done by one person.

3. Academic

FASTEST English course will use national curriculum Indonesia. It depend on the grade of students. I also will make a module that suitable for the students grade one until grade six. Each grade i give the modul and they should buy it. In this modul also include the recapitulation of scoore during they join my course.

Each meeting we will discuss the topic and we has target for each meeting. All is include in the module. It will helps students and alsi give trust to the parent that my course is professional.

My FASTEST English course will use innovative learning activities. Actually it depends on the characteristic of chidren, but most of the students in elementary school likes games. So, i must prepare some interesting game for my course.

4. Course Programs

FASTEST English course has some programs. There are :

A. Great 1,2 ( for elementary students grade 1 and 2)

· max 12-15 students per class.

· Cost: Admission Rp. 30.000, monthly fee Rp. 20.000 (affordable)

· Meeting : twice a week

· Free FASTEST English course module, note book and cap

B. Super 3,4 (for elementary students grade 3 and 4)

· max 12-15 students per class.

· Cost: Admission Rp. 30.000, monthly fee Rp. 20.000 (affordable)

· Meeting : twice a week

· Free FASTEST English course module, note book, pen and cap

C. Amazing 5,6 (for elementary students grade 5 and 6)

· max 12-15 students per class.

· Cost: Admission Rp. 30.000, monthly fee Rp. 20.000 (affordable)

· Meeting : twice a week

· Free FASTEST English course module, note book, pen and cap

Nowdays, educatio character is very commen. So, i give for each program one activities that called as “Character Building Program Fun and Amazing”. This program is like motivation for all the member that join in my course. It’a plus-plus from my course.

Here also can help my students not only in mastering english but also give good charecter for them. It will be interesting.

5. Finance management

According to my planning, i should spen my mney for my English course, my staff, my tutors and my students. Incomes from Students 30.000,-. I will pay tutors 50:50. For the tutor is 50%, for rent office, staff and students facilities 50%.

6. Marketing and Pomotion

There are some strategies to promote and increase the number of students:

1. Pamflet and poster which will be put in some public places.
2. socialisation and presentation in schools.

June 2012	Launching my Course. Free one month for 25 students, but they should pay for module.

Augustus 2012	“one day Ramadhan Camp English Program” free maksimum 100 children. I comphere my program with sponsor such as LAZIS MU, LAZNU, LAZ, XL, INDOSAT, ect.
September-decmber 2012	Evaluation Analysis need from the society
2012	English for alamantary, be the best one in Sambit
2013	Course for Junior High School and open new branch in sampung. Make course for Senior High School.
2014	Has 6 branch in Sambit, Badegan, Sampung, Pulung, Ponorogo and babadan. Prepare to go indonesia....
2015	GREATEST English Course has many banch in Indonesia
